Observatory Hill Butterfly gin, curaçao, homemade ginger syrup, lemon juice, soda water. It's gorgeous blue hue comes from the Butterfly Pea flower.

Observatory Hill gin, liquor 43, lemon juice, tonic water. Adding a sprig of mint makes this a cocktail befitting of our stunning view.
